Terms & Conditions

Understanding your enrollment, your learning experience, and our shared responsibilities.

Effective October 17, 2026

Welcome to Relationship Revision Academy. These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of our website, online courses, digital materials, and educational services.

By purchasing a course, creating an account, or using our educational services, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable law.

Please read these terms carefully before enrolling.

01. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Relationship Revision Academy provides educational courses intended for adults aged 18 and older.

By registering or purchasing a course, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement.

02. Course Enrollment & Access

Enrollment provides access to the specific digital course purchased, subject to the course description, applicable access terms, and these conditions.

Course materials may include recorded lessons, audio instruction, downloadable workbooks, assessments, interactive activities, and coaching simulations.

Access may require an active student account, compatible device, and internet connection. Access periods, where limited, will be disclosed before purchase.

03. Payments & Pricing

Course prices are displayed on our website in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be successfully completed before access to paid course materials is provided.

Payments may be processed through WooCommerce, Stripe, or other authorized payment providers.

Prices, promotions, and course offerings may change. Changes do not alter the agreed price of a completed purchase.

04. Refunds & Cancellations

Relationship Revision Academy provides digital educational products that may be accessible immediately after purchase.

Digital course purchases are generally final once access has been provided, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and the exceptions described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing.

05. Student Accounts & Security

Students are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their login credentials.

Student accounts are intended for individual use unless an alternative arrangement is expressly authorized by the Academy.

Unauthorized account sharing, impersonation, or attempts to access another student's account are prohibited.

06. Intellectual Property & Course Materials

Course lessons, recordings, workbooks, assessments, written materials, original graphics, and other Academy-created educational content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a course grants the student a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the purchased materials for individual educational purposes.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, students may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense course content
  • Share purchased downloads with unauthorized individuals
  • Upload Academy materials to public file-sharing platforms
  • Reproduce or commercially distribute course recordings
  • Present Academy-created materials as their own original work

Students may apply the general knowledge and coaching skills they learn in their own professional development, subject to applicable laws and professional boundaries.

07. Student Conduct & Participation

Students are expected to engage respectfully with educational materials, instructors, and other participants.

Harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, unauthorized distribution of private information, and disruptive or unlawful conduct are prohibited.

The Academy may take proportionate action in response to violations, including restricting participation or account access, subject to applicable law.

08. Educational Purpose & Professional Boundaries

Relationship Revision Academy offers educational training in relationship coaching, communication, client support, professional boundaries, and related topics.

Courses are intended for education and professional skill development and do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal advice.

Course enrollment or completion does not independently qualify or authorize a student to provide psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or licensed sex therapy.

Students are responsible for understanding and complying with laws, regulations, and professional requirements applicable to their activities.

09. Assessments & Course Completion

Some courses include quizzes, interactive assessments, practical assignments, or final evaluations.

Students are responsible for completing applicable course requirements to receive any completion acknowledgment offered by the Academy.

A course completion acknowledgment, where provided, does not represent professional licensure or accreditation by an outside organization unless expressly stated and verified.

10. Course Availability & Changes

Relationship Revision Academy may update course materials to improve accuracy, instructional quality, or technical performance.

We may also conduct reasonable website maintenance that temporarily affects access.

If a course is canceled or materially changed in a way that prevents delivery of purchased content, appropriate remedies will be considered under our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

11. Privacy & Personal Information

Student account information and purchase information may be collected and processed to administer enrollment, provide course access, process payments, and support students.

Payment information may be handled by authorized third-party payment processors.

Additional information about personal data practices should be provided in the Academy's Privacy Policy.

12. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Relationship Revision Academy does not guarantee employment, income, client acquisition, business success, professional licensure, or particular personal relationship outcomes.

Individual results depend on numerous factors, including participation, experience, circumstances, and application of the material.

13. Third-Party Services

Our website may rely on third-party services for payment processing, course delivery, website hosting, and technical functionality.

Certain third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Relationship Revision Academy is not responsible for services or content independently controlled by third parties, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

14. Website Use & Service Limitations

Students agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

While we work to provide reliable access, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Applicable Law

These terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable Arizona law, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that may apply under federal law or the laws of a customer's jurisdiction.

Nothing in these terms waives consumer rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
